Conclusions

The use of the above programs has led to the fact that the time for searching , eliminating and eliminating a failure in
the object's management system has significantly decreased, as a result of which the performance of the
unit has increased. For the maintenance staff, the work on the site was simplified , while the experts-developers
of management systems gave their recommendations without leaving their jobs.
As can be seen from the previous material, the development of remote diagnostics and
control subsystems for OMRON and Yaskawa controllers described above began to be designed from the beginning of 2014,
when the manufacturers of this equipment have not yet presented to potential buyers
anything that could solve these problems.
For example, the company Yaskawa does not have its own software development for HMI tasks, and the company OMRON ,
although it has a good software package HMI-CX-Supervisor, which is great for top-level
object management-it does not have the capabilities for remote diagnostics using smartphones, as
clients of this type of management.
Currently, the French branch of OMRON has introduced software based on functional blocks,
which allows for the exchange between controllers via the MQTT protocol.
However, this software does not allow you to connect to smartphones and its use for remote
diagnostics and monitoring is very problematic.
It is obvious that the use of software for remote diagnostics and monitoring
allows you to make the system more reliable and efficient, increase productivity and
reduce the time to fix failures and problems in the system.
